October's Camera Club meeting was great, with 43 folks sharing some 120 images on the topic, "Orange." The print of the night was "kneeling moose" by Dallas Carlson, and the most fun slide of the night was the "pukin' pumpkin!" Club members were able to find many creative ways to interpret the nights topic.

Thanks go to Joel Spykerman who gave us a short course on how to use Microsoft's free Photo Story 3. He also previewed a course on photo editing software that will be offered at Evergreen Commons when he returns to Michigan in May.

Chairing the meeting was Chris Urbaniak who distributed a list of workshops and contests along with a "wallet" card of future assignments. See the "Get Involved" link at the right for more on workshops and contests.

On November 11 at the Hope Church, our own Ken Cook will be presenting "South Georgian Island & Antarctica" for the local Audubon Society.

Next months meeting in planned for November 24th with the assigned topic of "Abstracts". Matting your photos will be the featured presentation. Be sure to stay tuned as a future program on selling your work is planned.
